1. Data controller

Your personal data is processed by the company below in its capacity as data controller.

2. Personal data processed

Identity and contact: The full name, company, email address and optional website address you enter in the Get a Quote form.
Request details: The service you are interested in, your message, and the date and time you checked the KVKK consent box.
Transaction security: The IP address, date and time, requested page and browser information in the hosting provider's server logs. An irreversible hash of the IP address is also kept for a short time to prevent form abuse.
Online usage: If you accept analytics cookies, usage data such as page views, device and approximate location collected through Google Analytics 4, along with online identifiers.
Preference: Your cookie preference and the date of that preference. This record is kept in your browser.

We ask that you do not enter special categories of personal data, such as health information, in the message field.

3. Purposes of processing

To receive and evaluate your quote request and reply to you by email.
To hold discussions about the service you are interested in and prepare a proposal.
To ensure the security and technical operation of the site, detect errors and prevent abuse.
If you have given explicit consent, to measure site usage and improve the site.
To fulfill legal obligations and protect rights in the event of a dispute.

Google Search Console reports aggregate performance in search results. It is not used to personally identify site visitors.

4. Collection method and legal basis

Your data is collected through the Get a Quote form, server logs and, if you give consent, cookies, by partly or fully automated means. It is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the Law:

Responding to the quote request: Being directly related to the formation or performance of a contract.
Site security and server logs: The legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed, and compliance with legal obligations.
Possible disputes: The establishment, exercise or protection of a right.
Analytics cookies: Your explicit consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Transfers within Türkiye

Your data may be transferred to the following recipients, limited to the purposes above and in accordance with Article 8 of the Law:

Hosting and email service providers: To run the site, keep server logs and deliver form content to info@digitruva.com over SMTP.
Authorized public institutions and organizations: When there is a request or obligation arising from legislation.

6. Transfers abroad

If you accept analytics cookies, data collected through Google Analytics 4 may be processed on Google's servers abroad. This transfer is carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the Law. If you reject cookies, Google Analytics 4 does not load and this transfer does not take place.

7. Retention and destruction

Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods set out in the relevant legislation. Quote correspondence is kept in the mailbox for as long as the discussion continues and for the statute of limitations periods applicable to possible disputes. The form abuse record expires after one hour. When these periods end or the conditions for processing no longer exist, the data is erased, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with Article 7 of the Law.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law, you can exercise the following rights by applying to the data controller:

To learn whether your personal data is processed.
If it has been processed, to request information about it.
To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose.
To learn the third parties to whom it is transferred within Türkiye or abroad.
To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
To request erasure or destruction within the conditions of Article 7 of the Law.
To request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred.
To object to a result against you that arises from analysis by automated systems.
To claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.

9. How to apply

You can send your application to info@digitruva.com together with information that verifies your identity and the subject of your request. Applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller.
