Privacy Policy

This policy explains in plain language how your information is handled when you visit digitruva.com and fill out the Get a Quote form.

1. Scope

This policy applies to digitruva.com. The party responsible for the site is Digitruva (Istanbul, Türkiye). The full legal notice on personal data is in the Privacy Notice prepared under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

2. Information we collect

You do not need to enter any information to browse the site.

  • Get a Quote form: Full name, company, email, optional website, the service you are interested in, your message and your KVKK consent.
  • Server logs: The IP address, date and time, requested page and browser information kept by the hosting provider.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 usage data, only if you accept analytics cookies.

3. How do we use the information?

Form content is delivered as an email to info@digitruva.com over SMTP and is used to get back to you and prepare a proposal. The site does not store form content in a separate database. Server logs are for security and technical operation. Analytics data is for improving the site.

We use Google Search Console to monitor the site's aggregate performance in search results.

We do not sell your information. We do not add your form details to a marketing list without your permission.

4. Who do we share the information with?

The site and email infrastructure run on service providers' systems, so data may be stored on those systems. If you accept analytics cookies, data is processed by Google. When there is an obligation arising from legislation, information may be shared with authorized public institutions.

5. Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics 4 loads only if you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner. Before you give consent, all consent signals are off. No advertising cookies are used. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

6. Retention and security

Your information is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods set out in legislation. Connections are encrypted, and the email server connection settings are kept outside the site's public folder. Even so, absolute security cannot be promised for any transmission over the internet.

The site contains links to social media profiles. The privacy practices of those sites fall outside this policy.
