What do we deliver in corporate web design?

Corporate web design delivers site architecture, an accessible interface, a manageable platform, speed work, technical SEO and GEO readiness. An SEO-friendly website is not something a plugin adds after launch. URL structure, headings and internal links are decided while the website is being designed.

  • Site architecture

The page tree, URL structure, navigation and each page's target query are written into the plan. Page wireframes are settled before content is written.

  • Accessible interface

The desktop and mobile interface is designed around your brand identity. Contrast, keyboard navigation, form labels and alt text are handled at this stage.

  • Manageable platform

The site is built on WordPress or another platform that fits your needs. The admin panel stays simple so you can make updates without touching code, and we walk your team through it.

  • Speed and Core Web Vitals

Images, fonts and scripts are optimized with the Core Web Vitals metrics LCP, INP and CLS in mind. Mobile and desktop measurements are shared with you before launch.

  • Technical SEO and structured data

Heading hierarchy, meta fields, the sitemap and robots settings are configured. Organization, service and breadcrumb data are added as JSON-LD where they fit the page.

  • GEO readiness

We set up answer-first page layouts, clear service definitions and settings that keep the site open to AI crawlers. The goal is content that can be understood in answers such as AI Overviews and AI Mode.

What does the site architecture plan record for each page?

For every page, the address, target query, question to answer and next step are written into one plan before design starts. The fields below make up that plan, and their values are filled in for each project.

URL
A short, permanent address without Turkish characters. It is chosen so it will not need to change after launch.
Primary query and intent
The one main query the page targets, and whether the person searching it wants information or a service.
Question to answer
The question the page answers in its first paragraph. The answer-first layout starts here.
Page type and template
The type, such as service, about or contact, and the template it uses. Pages of the same type share the same template.
Internal links
Which pages link to this page and which pages it links to, together with the anchor text.
Structured data
The structured data type that fits the page, for example organization, service or breadcrumb.
Next step
The action the visitor is expected to take after the page: the quote form, contact or a related service page.

What is checked before launch?

Launch day can be too late to fix problems. That is why the checks below are completed in the staging environment and repeated after launch.

  • Removing the staging noindex or password protection from the live version
  • One H1, a unique title tag and a meta description on every page
  • Canonical tags pointing to the live domain
  • robots.txt and the XML sitemap updated with the live URLs
  • Old URLs redirecting to the new ones in a single hop, following the 301 map
  • The same content on mobile as on desktop, because Google uses the mobile version for mobile-first indexing
  • Structured data that matches the visible content and validates without errors
  • Forms tested with real submissions and notification emails confirmed to arrive
  • Cookie consent and the analytics tag behaving according to the consent choice
  • Keyboard navigation, focus indicators and image alt text

How are Core Web Vitals measured before and after launch?

Lab measurements are read before launch, and real-user data after it. The two do not produce the same number because they answer different questions.

Thresholds
For a good experience, Google's Core Web Vitals documentation recommends LCP within 2.5 seconds, INP under 200 milliseconds and CLS under 0.1.
Lab data
Lighthouse measures with a single assumed device and connection. It is used to find problems during design and development.
Field data
PageSpeed Insights shows data collected from real Chrome users over the last 28 days. On a new site, that data may not exist yet.
Template level
Results are read template by template rather than page by page, because pages that share a template share the same problems.
Report
Mobile and desktop measurements are shared with you before launch, along with the measurement date and the tool used.

What is handed over when the site is delivered?

At handover, the site, the accounts and the knowledge stay with you. Domain, hosting and analytics accounts are opened in your business's name, and Digitruva works only with the access you grant.

Access
Admin access to the CMS, hosting, domain, Search Console and GA4 sits in your own accounts.
Source files
Design files, font license details and image sources are delivered in organized folders.
Admin guide
A short document explains how your team can add pages, update content and upload images.
Post-launch monitoring
The indexing and redirect reports in Search Console are monitored after launch, and any issues found are reported.

Why is the architecture approved before design?

If the page tree and URL structure change later, design and content have to be redone. That is why the architecture is approved before design, and testing happens before launch.

  1. Discovery and scope

We review your goals, your current site and competitor results, and the scope is put in writing.

  2. Architecture and content outline

The question each page answers and its next step are set before design begins.

  3. Design

The homepage and core templates are designed for desktop and mobile.

  4. Development and technical setup

Content, structured data and GA4 conversion tracking are added, and a 301 redirect map is prepared if needed.

  5. Testing and launch

Speed, accessibility and forms are checked. The site is monitored in Search Console and handed over to you.

Who is corporate web design for?

Before working with a web design agency, it helps to pin down which of these needs is yours.

  • Companies that want to build their first corporate site the right way from the start
  • Brands whose current site is slow, looks dated or is hard to update
  • B2B firms that want to collect quote and meeting requests through their site
  • Teams refreshing their brand identity and wanting the site to match
  • Companies whose organic growth is held back by their site's platform

Questions to settle before a corporate web design project

What is a corporate website?

A corporate website is the site that officially presents a company's identity, services and contact details. Its purpose is less about selling products directly and more about building trust and getting customers, partners and job candidates to the right information.

That is why it is built on a different logic from an e-commerce site. Success is measured not by cart value but by actions such as quote requests, meeting requests and job applications.

Visitors often arrive to verify the company after hearing about it through another channel. Who you are, what you do and how to reach you must be clear at a glance. A conversion-focused site structure shapes the path to these actions.

What does web design actually cover?

Web design determines how a site looks and how visitors will use it. Page layout, typography, color, navigation and mobile display are all part of the job.

In corporate projects, design never works alone, because every visual decision has a technical consequence. A large hero image can delay the loading of the main content, and an element that appears late can shift the layout.

The menu structure also determines which pages are easy to find. So design, site architecture and development decisions are made together. When the interface grows into a multi-step product, the work moves into user experience design and requires flow research.

How much does website design cost?

Website design costs vary with scope, so quoting a single figure would be misleading.

The deciding factors are the number of pages and templates, whether you want a ready-made theme or a custom design, who handles copy and visuals, the number of languages and integrations such as a CRM. Migrating content from an existing site and setting up redirects also add to the effort. When comparing, read the scope before the total.

Does the proposal include speed testing, accessibility checks, structured data and post-launch monitoring in writing? Ask about recurring items such as hosting, the domain and font licenses too. Scope, timeline and revisions are set out in writing in the proposal. Digitruva prepares its proposal after clarifying these factors during discovery.

What are some examples of corporate websites?

Examples of corporate websites include company profile sites, B2B sites for manufacturers and suppliers, professional services sites such as law or consulting firms, and holding company sites.

All of them share an about page, a services page and a contact page, but the emphasis changes. On a manufacturer's site, product groups, technical documents and dealer information come first. On a professional services site, practice areas and team profiles carry trust.

A holding company site organizes group companies, the management structure and press content. When studying examples, it is more useful to look at the page tree and the quote step than to copy the look. Digitruva does this review during discovery alongside competitor results and writes each page's target query into the plan.

How can you tell if a website is SEO-friendly?

An SEO-friendly website is recognized by verifiable criteria, not by a label: Core Web Vitals thresholds, content parity between mobile and desktop, crawlable links and structured data that matches the visible text. The Core Web Vitals section on this page explains how the thresholds are measured.

Mobile content must match desktop, because Google uses the mobile version for mobile-first indexing. Heading hierarchy, the sitemap and canonical tags are on the checklist too. Text written only inside an image is hard for search engines to read.

If a web design agency does not put these criteria on its deliverables list, the claim is just a promise. If your live site has problems, technical SEO consulting sets the priorities.

How do you build a 301 redirect map when redesigning a corporate site?

A redirect map pairs each URL on the old site with its new counterpart, one by one. The list is compiled by combining the sitemap, server logs, analytics data and the content management system. Embedded files such as images and videos also go on the list.

In its site move guide, Google recommends server-side permanent redirects and asks you to keep chains short and point directly to the final URL. Redirecting large numbers of old pages to the homepage can be treated as a soft 404. How long redirects stay in place and how the site is monitored after the move are written into the site migration plan.

After launch, internal links, canonical tags and the sitemap are switched to the new URLs. Temporary ranking fluctuations are normal. Digitruva prepares this map during development and monitors Search Console reports after launch.
