What do we deliver for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and X ads?

For Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and X campaigns, we deliver the campaign structure, a creative test plan and a measurement report. Meta ads on Instagram and Facebook are run by the same team, under the same measurement plan.

  • Meta ads

You get the campaign structure, audience setup and remarketing flow for Facebook and Instagram. Meta's automated campaign setups are compared against manually built campaigns.

  • TikTok ads

We prepare the campaign setup, audience plan and vertical video creative briefs. The platform's current format and targeting options are verified inside the account during setup.

  • LinkedIn ads

For B2B campaigns, we define target companies and roles, write ad copy and build the lead flow. Success is measured in qualified leads.

  • X ads

For launch and announcement periods, we map out the audience, timing and messaging plan.

  • Creative test plan

Each test checks a single variable. The winning creative gets scaled, and the losing one is logged along with the reason it lost.

  • Measurement and reporting

Conversion events are defined before launch, and platform data is compared with GA4. The report includes ROAS, CPA and a budget recommendation.

How are Meta ads prepared before launch?

Preparation starts by confirming that the ad account belongs to the business and that measurement works. Creative goes into testing only once that foundation is in place.

  • The ad account and pages sit under the business's Meta business portfolio
  • The Meta Pixel and the Conversions API are set up with the same events and a shared event ID
  • The payment method and billing details belong to the business
  • Images, copy and the landing page are checked against Meta's Advertising Standards
  • Each test in the creative test plan checks a single variable

How do we decide on TikTok, LinkedIn and X?

Digitruva answers the questions below before putting budget into these platforms. If any answer is no, the platform is postponed and the budget stays in the channel that can be measured.

  • Is there data showing your audience is on this platform, such as site traffic, customer surveys or competitor presence?
  • Can platform-specific creative be produced on a regular basis?
  • Can conversion tracking be set up, and can the events be tested?
  • Does the budget allow the chosen target event to build up enough volume?
  • For B2B campaigns, can the sales team follow up on incoming leads?

Why is the platform decision made before the creative?

Because audience and creative format change by platform, we first write down which campaign will run on which platform. Creative and budget are then prepared around that decision.

  1. Goal and account review

We review your business goal, ad accounts and past campaign data.

  2. Platform and budget plan

Which campaign runs on which platform is put into a written plan.

  3. Measurement setup

The Meta Pixel, the Conversions API and conversion events are tested before launch.

  4. Creative and launch

Platform-specific creatives go live together with the test plan.

  5. Optimization and reporting

Audience, creative and budget are updated, and decisions for the next period are set out in the report.

Who should hire a social media advertising agency?

It fits teams that want to make their paid campaigns measurable.

  • E-commerce brands advertising on Instagram and Facebook that cannot see which campaign drives sales
  • B2B companies that want to reach decision makers on LinkedIn
  • Brands that want to reach new audiences on TikTok and can produce short-form video
  • Businesses that want to split their budget across platforms based on data
  • Companies that want to hand their in-house ads over to a specialist team

Questions to answer before working with a social media advertising agency

What does a social media advertising agency do?

A social media advertising agency runs the planning, creative testing, launch and measurement of paid campaigns. This is also what people mean when they search for a Meta ads agency, an Instagram ads agency or a Facebook ads agency.

On Meta, Pages, Instagram accounts and ad accounts are grouped under the business's own business portfolio. An authorized person can grant the agency access to these assets through Meta's partner access feature, so the accounts are never handed over to the agency. If a new ad account is needed, make sure up front that it is opened in the business's name.

The content calendar and community replies are outside this service. They fall under organic account management. The two can run together, but their goals and success metrics should be kept separate.

What are social media ads?

Social media ads are sponsored content shown to a specific audience, in exchange for a budget, on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X. They run in formats such as image, video, story, carousel and lead form.

The campaign objective can be awareness, traffic, leads or sales. What separates an ad from an organic post is control over targeting, budget and measurement. On Meta, Advantage+ automation has changed that control.

Automated campaign options can leave most audience, placement and budget decisions to AI. Digitruva does not treat this automation as correct by default. It compares the automated setup with a manually built campaign and makes the call based on the same conversion event.

How do you advertise on social media?

You advertise on social media by choosing a campaign objective, audience, budget and creative in each platform's own ads manager. First, set up the business account, payment method and measurement.

Before ads go live, they are reviewed against platform policies, and the image, copy, targeting and destination page are all part of that review. A rejected ad can be edited and resubmitted. After launch, the system spends a while learning which audience and placement deliver results.

During this period, enough conversion events need to be collected. Major changes to the audience, creative or objective can extend the process. That is why it is better to evaluate results once enough data has built up than to make frequent edits.

How much do social media ads cost?

Social media ad costs do not follow a fixed rate card. The cost is set in the auction where the ad is shown and depends on the platform, the audience, industry competition, the campaign objective and how the creative performs.

A conversion campaign and a reach campaign produce different costs for the same audience. Total spend has two parts: the media budget paid to the platform and the agency's service fee. The service fee depends on the number of platforms, creative volume and the scope of the measurement setup.

The chosen conversion event also affects whether a budget is sufficient. A small budget optimized for an event that rarely happens may never complete the learning phase. That is why Digitruva builds its budget recommendation on how often the target event happens, not on clicks.

Why are Meta Pixel and the Conversions API set up together?

They are set up together because they send data through two routes that back each other up. Meta Pixel sends website actions to Meta from the browser, while the Conversions API sends them from the server. Since the browser side can be affected by ad blockers and cookie restrictions, the server connection adds a second path that strengthens measurement.

When both are used, the same purchase can arrive through both channels. That is why the same event gets a shared event ID in both, which prevents double counting. It is also why numbers in ad reports and totals in the events screen can look different.

The platform's testing tools help confirm which events are arriving. Any personal data sent must be processed in line with KVKK, Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law. The setup should be tested before launch, and platform data should be compared with GA4.

Which businesses are a good fit for TikTok ads and LinkedIn ads?

The fit is decided by the audience and the buying process, not by the product. The platform decision comes before the budget, because each platform needs a different creative and measurement setup.

TikTok ads are worth considering for brands that want to reach new audiences with short video and can produce vertical creative regularly. That production capacity should be planned before deciding, because video made for another channel usually falls flat here. That is why vertical video ad production is part of the media plan.

Digitruva considers LinkedIn for B2B services with long buying processes and measures success not by instant sales but by leads the sales team accepts. X is treated as a supporting channel during launches and announcements. Each platform's current targeting and format options are checked inside the account during setup.
